Every platform looks cheap at 100 tasks a month. The differences show up at 10,000. Zapier bills per task, so a busy workflow can quietly climb past £300 a month. - Non-technical team, low volume: Zapier. The premium is worth it for zero maintenance.
- Budget-conscious, medium complexity: Make. Best price-to-power ratio in the hosted category.
